Go to Vicenza, Italy. the place is lovely! It's like Tuscany w/o the prices, tourists, & travel writers. My friend Danny has a place there and, after Turkey Day in Belgrade, I scooted over there to hang out with him and a few of my other n'er-do-well friends from Kabul for a few days.



Cheap wine, fantastic food, and gorgeous scenery. What's not to like?
